If you want to pick a relatively nutritious food diet try the Mediterranean diet. Whenever we go out to eat we try to eat Mediterranean type of food.
My wife like this type of food as well, so this makes this choice a whole lot easier. Another choice to go out to eat is "Taco Cabana" (they have beans and rice which
is good for you) or "Subway" (this has less fat and grease than a hamburger).
